We want you to love your new furniture for years to come.
To keep things clear, here’s how we handle the important stuff:
1. Ordering & Cancellations
We get started on your order right away, so you can cancel for any reason within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund After 24 hours, all sales are final. This helps us keep prices fair for everyone.
Our team is here to double-check measurements, swatches, and details before you buy so you feel 100% confident.
2. If Something Arrives Damaged
We Handle everything with care, but if your item arrives with shipping damage, let us know with photos within 48 hours. We’ll first work to repair it to like-new condition at no cost to you. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll make it right with a replacement part or new item.
3. 1-Year Peace of Mind Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Your furniture is covered for 1 year from delivery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use. Just a heads up: the warranty doesn’t cover accidents, spills, pet damage, normal wear, or issues from misuse or outdoor exposure. If something comes up, send us photos and we’ll let you know if it’s covered. If it is, we’ll repair it, send replacement parts, or replace it.
4. Payment Options
We keep it simple. Payment is due upon delivery and can be made by cash or check to the driver. We also accept Zelle at [email protected]. Prefer to use a card? We accept all major credit cards for a 3.5% processing fee.
5. Delivery Day
